School Training Workshop
The training workshop on “Building of Simplified Antenna for Satellite Communication and Ground Station Operation” took place at the Forest Side Girls SSS. On this occasion the Minister for Technology, Communication and Innovation (TIC), the Hon. Deepak Balgobin made a speech mentioning the collaboration between the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council (MRIC), Mauritius Amateur Radio Society (MARS) represented by 3B8DU Mr Jean Marc Momplé and the Ministry of Education represented by Hon. Leela Devi Dookun-Luchoomun, the Vice Prime Minister and
Minister of Education.
